I visited this place tonight for a #6 combo meal, but they had run out of original chicken. The cashier asked if I would be fine with crispy chicken instead, and I was totally on board with that! I really don’t understand why some people get upset over such things. I want to give a shoutout to the cashier, William. He was incredibly sweet and funny, keeping us smiling throughout our 5-minute interaction. His positive energy made this drive-thru experience the best I've ever had. As long as William is working there, I’ll definitely keep coming back!
My experience at KFC this time was disappointing. I ordered the original recipe, but when I got home and opened it, I found that I received the crispy version, which I don't enjoy. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I think it's best for me to try a different KFC in the future.
