The restaurant has a charming old-town vibe, and my wife and I have never been disappointed on our visits. We always leave feeling satisfied. The staff is wonderful, but they are currently understaffed and looking for cooks and front-of-house workers. If you or anyone you know is seeking a job at a fantastic restaurant, this is the place to be.

Really wanted to love this small, local restaurant but was underwhelmed. Had an early lunch on a weekday and restaurant was almost totally empty. Hubby had the patty melt and said it was OK. I had a breakfast entree and it was barely OK Service was friendly and quick but didn’t make up for the meh food.

**Service:** From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We were seated immediately, and throughout our meal, they were attentive and consistently checked in on us. The service was excellent! **Location:** Stepping into this restaurant feels like a trip back in time. It evokes the cozy atmosphere of dining at my parents' home, giving off a warm, homey vibe—almost as if you’re enjoying a meal at your grandmother's house. I really loved the overall ambiance! **Final Verdict:** I highly recommend this place—don’t hesitate! Go and try the chorizo skillet or the French toast combo; you won't be disappointed!

The food was quite salty, and I'm not sure the chef has mastered the art of making a proper roux. Although the soup and gravy had the potential to be good, they had a distinctly floury and somewhat chalky taste. Aside from the issues with salt and flour, the overall flavor and quality of the food were excellent. I noticed that the soup had boiled, which was evident just by looking at it. However, the atmosphere was lovely; the nostalgic decor and superb music really enhanced the dining experience. The waiter was delightful and very accommodating—I can't praise him enough. Unfortunately, we wish we could return, but the excessive salt is problematic for my sister's high blood pressure, and the gravy was just okay. As for parking, there's a large lot shared with a grocery store and a strip mall, making it convenient.
