You have 90 minutes to eat and cook I think thats enough time right? Thats more than an hour and the food cooks fast. You can request to change the pan if its black with grime ALSO you can control the heat its on the side of the table! Now the good parts! I brought my dad here for lunch and it was good. Really glad they had half portions available so we could try everything. Would you like to share that Park was our server attentive and super friendly. I'm glad we had him at our table. Five stars for him. Only 2 stars for the building itself.
