First time customer for this restaurant chain. Utilized coupons from the mail via Drive thru. Food was great fresh. Would come back again. Mac n Cheese hot and fresh chips with salsa. Even the Coca-Cola was View all feedback.

This place was slow, but it took a while to place my order. The open bar of salsa and fixings was still closed. Now, they just give you the items in your bag. No one asked if I wanted anything other than what they place into the bag. View all feedback.
El Pollo Loco catering is under rated. They provide a great amount of food for the price and service is convenient.
Employees at this location are always nice. Food is hot and fresh.
Tostada very tasty, raspberry tea tasty. Needed to ask for accessories. They need to clean their service window and area. Was dirty and distasteful.Parking: Large shopping area with other stores, lots of free parking
