Sofita's is delicious! I love their chipotle options in a bowl, burrito, or tacos. The only downside is they sometimes mix up the ingredients. Despite that, I still love this place. I do get annoyed when the cheese falls into the salad, but I just ask for fresh toppings and they usually get it right. If not, I will ask for a new vegan option to ensure they make it correctly.
