Let me stand there staring at me while they did everything else except take my order. 10 minutes they let me stand at the line not being helped. 5 employeesall saw and told me to wait- someone would come to the line. When they finally did it was as if I had offended the kid and heslopped my food together. Just go to another one or Even Qdoba up the street. Better food nicer people easier parking lot. Winwin win.

I like the food but the service left something to be desired... they were out of one of the main protein items but didn't know it until the lady running the gri... read more I like the food but the service left something to be desired... they were out of one of the main protein items but didn't know it until the lady running the grill yelled to the front that they're out (the grill is in plain sight of the customers sothere's no filter when employees bark at each other). The veggie options they had upfront were running really low and lookingvery gross, and rather than replacing what they had on the line, the employees kept running to the back for fresh veggies. Also,we asked if they did a veterans discount, to which the cashier said he would have to check with his manager (lady manning thegrill). The manager said they don't but to just give me the police discount. The cashier said he didn't know how to do that sohe just charged me full price and called it good.

In arrived with 5 people in front of me and it took literally half an hour to get my food. By the time I left the line was nearly out the door. Those poor people would have to wait an hour and a half+ at that rate. I heard a guy askwhere his food was for pickup because he had been waiting for 40 minutes. The employee said ?there?s only one person working ononline orders?. The entire time I was there, only one additional online order was made. They have a dedicated worker doingorders. They are tucked in the back but they have all the same stuff you see in the front. Looks like they had 5 people working.No excuse for 5 people to churn out only 7 orders in 30+ minutes. This was not my only experience of them being slow. After mythird time, I feel I have to write a review. I have 3 kids waiting with my wife in the car and all of them were screaming in thecar by the time I got our food

Ridiculous. Paid full price (almost $15) for a burrito that was under 6 inches, and was delivered with just steak in a dry tortilla and no other filling. Never... read more Ridiculous. Paid full price (almost $15) for a burrito that was under 6 inches, and was delivered with just steak in a dry tortilla and no other filling. Never giving them another dime of my money after that. The commercials show you taking pride inthe food. Do better.
