Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Henderson

Wow! This restaurant experience was incredibly disappointing. The customer service at the Horizon Drive location was at its lowest level. Our order was completely wrong, and when we called to let them know, they said they would give us credit for the subs we ordered. We threw away the incorrect subs and decided to pick up our credit subs today. What a mistake! The person at the counter was argumentative and told us that there would be no credit subs, no refund, no money, per management. We feel that we worked hard for our money and it's not right for a franchise to take it from us without providing the food we paid for. We do not recommend supporting this location, as we paid for food that we never received. It's a sad but true situation. The management at this location needs to undergo quality assurance and customer service training as the service was so poor. We would give this experience no stars.

Orders placed in person take precedence over online orders. Despite several people cancelling their orders before us, we still had to wait an hour and a half for two sandwiches. Additionally, the floor was dirtier than a typical tire shop.

The service was fast and efficient, although there was a slight issue with the online ordering system that caused a small delay. However, when I placed my order in person, it was prepared exactly how I wanted.

I wouldn't eat here if it was free. I witnessed the general manager Stephanie pick her nose and then begin to fry cheesesteak. This establishment is FILTHY and needs a visit from the health department. FLIES everywhere!!!

Ok Sandwiches, just order 2 hours ahead so you only have to wait 30 min in the empty store. Ridiculous
