wonderful experience. waited until everything was near cold when we got it. Ask for lemon for our drinks never received it waited 15 minutes to get ranch wings and fries got super cold until the time we got it. waited 10 minutes to get the card back after the payment. very disappointed. Mikey was great, wasn't here long, but buffalos surprised me! new manager new waiting staff, eating was good service at point no complain!
Yes was not a nice time. my server was alecia. she was the problem. I had points that I wanted to use before the run. I thought I could do that.
My friend ordered our wings online. he chose the sauce on the side and the website glittered out (a stupid pop up to make him order something.
I have eaten in this buffalo wild wings location a dozen or more times, and they have always friendly staff who feel a great task, welcome us. I visited this last Wednesday to use their generous support from veterans on the veteran day, they offer a free order of untimely wings with fries for all veterans, and they do it a smile and a thank you to all veterans. the demand for this generous offer at this place this year was huge and the waiting times were longer than normal, but the workers all joined to do their best and make it all out.
Always a pleasure to go my wife and I go there a lot
