Order at the counter and then find a seat. I visited on a Sunday evening, and it wasn't too crowded. The service was great. As for the food, I tried the Tonkotsu Ramen and the Huli Huli Chicken. The Huli Huli Chicken was just okay—it wasn't quite what I expected. However, the Ramen was fantastic! The broth was both salty and smooth. I do wish the noodles had a bit more bite to them, though. Overall, I would definitel... View all feedback.
What Aaro Pohtamo doesn't like about 8 Kitchen:
This place was kind of a disappointment. I had higher hopes. The Mac salad was unseasoned and was bland. Didn't even finish it. I ordered the Korean Fries (bulgogi beef). The pickled slaw was overwhelming all the other flavors, all I could taste was vinegar. I had to remove it from the bowl. I won't be coming back. Friends ordered the chicken ramen and Pork ramen and both said that their bowls were a bit under season... View all feedback.
Decided to try a Modern American Fusion Restaurant which was recomended by a Coworker of Mine. Man it did not disappoint! The portions were large, great flavor, and definitely a must try. They have a revolving menu and has a hawaiian/asian/American Flare. The Menu had a huge selection of dishes, we'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu... 4.5 on a 5 scale.
This is an Asian fusion restaurant with a fun and eclectic menu. I had a Hawaiian Mango/Orange soda, which was sweet and refreshing. They had a nice variety of popular drinks and more unique ones. My husband and I shared the spicy Korean Bao buns and short rib bao buns. Both were fantastic, with a unique style. I loved the flavors of the spicy Korean bun and the kimchi cucumber was a perfect tartness against the sweet BBQ sauce of the short rib bun. Next we had the shoyu chicken Ramen. The broth and pork belly were authentic and savory. The crispy onions on top were a nice complement. I have had delicious Ramen before, so my only knock on it was that their noodles were nothing special. The atmosphere is modern and inviting; and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back to try some of the other interesting dishes on the menu!
This restaurant was quite nice. The customer service was excellent, and the food was enjoyable. However, I did find the prices to be a bit higher than I expected. Perhaps it's just because I'm not accustomed to spending around $20 for a Po-boy, even if it's packed with ingredients.
The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding with generous portion sizes! It's always a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended!
The flavors of the food were outstanding, with generous portions that were both satisfying and beautifully presented. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes that blend Asian, American, and Hawaiian cuisines. We tried the Korean Fries, Kimchi Burger, 8 Kitchen Dog, and Wagyu Steak Sandwich Dip, and everything was delicious and full of flavor. The steak sandwich was particularly tender and juicy, while the Kimchi Burger was incredibly tasty. The Korean Fries were a standout – definitely a MUST TRY! They also offer an impressive selection of drinks with unique flavors that I've never come across before. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and appreciated throughout our visit. We highly recommend "8 Kitchen" and can't wait to return to sample more of their intriguing dishes.
