I am a citizen living abroad. Due to the recent events in Palestine, Turks living abroad, including my foreign friends, are boycotting ITRAIL products and trying not to consume them in any way. ALL PACKAGED BEVERAGES IN THIS STORE, INCLUDING WATER, ARE ITRAIL MADE. I'm shocked. Do you not offer any alternatives????? EVER????? I had to buy water for my 4-year-old child from the next store so he could drink it. What a pity. We are in a Muslim country, we are in a small moat-like Muslim place, but THERE IS NO BEVERAGE WITHOUT BOYCOTT! Sorry, it's embarrassing. We drank lemonade except my child. Let me come to the next one! I ordered strawberry chocolate waffles. Banana and Strawberry arrived. I put the bananas aside and told the waiter to give me strawberries instead of bananas. At least let my child eat bananas, so that there will be no waste or waste. It took 15 minutes to add strawberries. He came, he says, he will charge extra for the strawberries. I said why? I could give it back in full. I didn't change the entire thing so that it wouldn't be a waste of money for them, it wouldn't be a sin, and it wouldn't go to waste. I WAS NOT SATISFIED AT ALL, because they would have made me pay extra for strawberries if I had not objected, and because they did not have boycott-free drinks.
