Went as no guests to the breakfast, which was delicious, sat outside with magnificent views of the mountain. then a two-hour session in the swimming pool, inside and outside with beautiful relaxing daybeds and sauna. there is also a quiet inside right room with daybeds and fireplace. beautiful art, spending a relaxing morning and not too expensive.
I was here 1 night. the first impression was great, the lobby has an amazing atmosphere that lets them relax immediately. the atmosphere led to the room, and the room was very clean. However, the mattress was very worn and had a noticeable staging in the middle, the light controls in the room were best moderate either all the lights were on or off, with taking out the small lights on the bed. the bathroom was great, although with a lack of glass drinking. the breakfast presentation was very good and the selection was very good. whether they were chosen salami or ei, would not make any difference because the whole food was blande. last but not least the toilet paper in the room and lobby was only 2 ply.
The rooms are a little small, and many of them have no sight at all. that said what a cozy and elevated place! beautiful interieur, friendly service, good eating. the poolclub is beautiful, but also has a very high entry fee for hotel guests! I guess the hotel can be quite snobby when the ski season begins, but for a Wednesday end it was pleasantly quiet and informative.
The interior design is stunning! the staff was very friendly and helpful. there are entertainment for the kids shuffle board, monopol, playstation and other games, but the pool is only for 10 and higher, so a bit disappointing for the younger child. the breakfast is delicious and the restaurant for dinner is also great. total amazing experience and I recommend this place!
Decorations and furniture are spectacular, meals are ok however waiting 2 hours to eat dinner is a little bit too long. But the worst is the manager of the front desk young lady wearing glasses impolite, unhelpful, with attitude far from being hospitable no answer for requests sent upfront via email, no reaction for requests made by phone, this person should never work in a place where the flexibility and hospitality are crucial.
