Terrible service went here last year summer around 8:30 they were already closed they guy said uses the drive through and the sign on the door said 9 pm now they said new management we went today for ice cream for my kids again 9:15 they were closed online said 11 pm I checked before he headed there they were other ppl. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The drive-thru employee was extremely rude and even tried to argue with me when she got my order wrong. She was disrespectful and refused to provide me with the service I needed. I would not recommend this place.
I literally waited for my order for 10 minutes in the drive-thru, with only two cars ahead of me. There was a woman working there who seemed overwhelmed and ended up locking the door to prevent anyone else from coming in because she was apparently arguing with the manager. When I finally got the attention of a gentleman who was trying to manage the orders, I asked him about my order. He took note of it, and I waited some more. After 15 minutes, they finally yelled out that my order was ready. I should have just walked away, but my son really wanted ice cream, and I didn’t expect it to take so long when there weren’t many customers. I do want to commend the guy who was working hard to manage everything, but the girl definitely needs to improve her handling of the situation. If she can’t manage when it’s slow, I’m not sure how she’ll manage during busier times.
I would give them zero stars if I could. The service was atrocious—there were two workers at the register, but they were too busy counting change to assist customers. I had to wait for 10 minutes just to ask for a hot fudge sundae, and when I went back to the register to follow up, the woman there raised her voice at me, saying they were busy. Finally, a guy came over, and when I asked for a hot fudge sundae, he smiled and told me they didn't have any hot fudge. It's unbelievable how a place that sells ice cream can run out of something so basic. This business deserves to go out of business based on their dreadful customer service and poor inventory management.
They deserve ZERO stars. Horrible service walked in and facing two workers at the register who are consumed with counting change for their drawer. No acknowledgement, so we tell them we want to get sundaes and we are waiting at the ice cream section for 10 mins. I go back to the two people at the register and tell them I'm waiting and the woman raises her voice at me telling me they are busy. Finally the guy comes over and I ask for a hot fudge sundae and he says with a smile @oh we don't have any hot fudge . What a joke for a place that sells ice cream. They deserve to go out of business based on horrendous customer service and inability to properly stock supplies.

There was a car in the drive through he waited about 10 mins no one answered and there was no line anywhere finally we saw a guy inside then the car in the drive through got served while another car drove away and the other ppl waiting with me also went away without been served. New management same lousy service, very disappointed.
