I ordered a foot-long flatbread, grilled chicken and One side was good but the other 6 inches of the foot-long the bread was stale and hard and the lady told me... read more I ordered a foot-long flatbread, grilled chicken and One side was good but the other 6 inches of the foot-long the bread was stale and hard and the lady told me that she couldn’t fix it that it was new bread and I said well this side isn’t hard. She said that there was nothing that they could do without me paying for another sandwich when all I asked for was bread so I didn’t even get to eat the other half of the sandwich because it was old bread it was nasty so I paid for a foot-long and got a 6 inch then there was a hair in my daughter’s food and we all have curly hair mixed hair so what ours. she did offer to remake her sandwich, but she had already eaten the whole sandwich so I just felt like why would you remake a sandwich that was already basically gone and all I had asked for was for some fresh bread. I had been there before nothing like this ever happened, but I definitely do not ever want to return. I’m not saying that the customer is always right, but I am a cook and I do work at a restaurant and I do think that they were very rude about the situation.
