Just when I think the portions couldnt get any smaller. Both the quesadilla and burrito bowl were PATHETICALLY portioned. Keep cutting costs guys! Im sure people will keep paying the same price for less and less subpar food! No worries
I've been waiting at the Moline order pickup for 40 minutes, and nothing has changed!
I ordered three bowls and a kids' meal. Unfortunately, two of the bowls had brown rice that was completely crunchy. I couldn't even call the restaurant to voice my complaint.
They think it's acceptable to serve customers—and even business owners—the wrong food and incorrect portion sizes, despite having paid extra for them. It's a complete waste of money, in my opinion! Plus, you can't reach anyone at the physical location, showing that they clearly don't care about customer service.
