Wendy's - Hemet

They forgot to give us one of our orders of fries, and it seems like they're frequently missing items. However, the food we did receive was hot and fresh, so we enjoyed our meal overall.

Sydney, the manager, was very rude and unprofessional! I love Wendy's, but after this experience, I don't want to return. She was disrespectful to two different customers before me, and she also doesn't wear gloves while handling food!

Wendy's claims that their meat is fresh and never frozen, and it really does taste quite good. I appreciate that they still add lettuce and tomatoes to their burgers. However, the fries were excessively salty for my taste.

This is one of the best Wendy's I've ever visited. The cashier personally delivered my food instead of just calling out my name, which was a nice touch. The staff here are always friendly.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. During my visit, the staff member with pink hair was incredibly rude to me for no reason. On top of that, she had long nails and her hair wasn't tied back, even though she was wearing horns. I definitely won't be coming back.
