Spicy tuna is our go to sushi roll. The spicy tuna roll was so bad and tasted wrong that we left after trying a couple of pieces. We ordered 2 spicy tuna rolls and 2 specialty rolls. Sadly the specialty rolls also had spicy tuna in it so we couldn't eat them either. The rice tasted like it had been stored in the fridge overnight. We chose not to get sick after eating bad sushi. I visited the family in Hemet wanted to take them to the old Sushi spot that I would go to. As soon as I opened the door, I noticed a faint sign behind a tinted window. This sign states that they do NOT meet health standards. It feels wrong for them to try to hide the sign behind a tinted window. This signs location is not prevalent enough, leading to customers giving them undeserved business. STAY AWAY UNTIL THEY REACH APPROPRIATE HEALTH STANDARDS.
