Mr. You Express Chinese Food - Hemet

That's the best mr. you in riverside county! the staff are very nice, and the lady with the glasses was also really professional and friendly. I could have bought everything. the meat brokkoli, the spicy orange huh, sweet and acidic huh, the rice and not get me started with the chow mine, it was just perfect! if I gave them a ten of five stars! if they did not try this mr. you and find a good Chinese place, they will not regret it!

When this place first open the food was great! Hot, fresh and plentiful. However, I don’t know if they are under new owners/management but the prices have gone up and the quality of the food went down! I was there today, the orange chicken was dry, tasted old and greasy and the Chow mein was cold. This will no longer be my “go to” for Chinese food. It’s the last of my money they will see.

Pretty good take out, better than most. And a 2 item container weighs several pounds. I only had half of it and the amount left was about what I would normally get from other places. Good stuff.

Ordered food at 4:40pm over phone on 11/30 was told 10-15 minutes. I didn’t receive and pay for my food until 5:15pm. My food wasn’t even boxed when i arrived. The employee continued to take everyone’s order about 5-6 people after I told her i was there to pick up my phone order. Then once no one was in line she started making my order. What was the point of placing a phone order? i expected it to be ready for pickup and the fact that it was 30 minutes later when it STARTED getting put together is ridiculous!! Tried calling several times now so i can speak to a manager and now my calls are being ignored. Management, i hope you see this!

The lady is always so nice in here and the food is great
