Milano's Pizza Italian - Hemet

Good pizza but the worst customer service ever. Took over an hour for a simple pizza due to ticket being lost and then being put in a box to go while we are dining in waiting. I recommend calling to pick up. If you are hungry expect a long wait.

Delicious food and great staff! Decor is vintage rustic but homey. You won't go wrong with Milanos.

Terribly dissapointing. After picking up our family take out meal of some $60 worth of food, we were almost home when Milanos called us to state that they mixed up OUR order with someome else's. We had a strangers pizza and it was nothing like our own. They asked us to come back and exchange. No offer to deliver a fresh pizza to our local address but to return to them for their convenience... I returned irritated, but polite, for them to just hand me our now soggy-sitting-for-30-plus-minute-pizza. They didn't remake it, didn't offer a discount for our now sup-par meal, nor did they acknowledge gratitude for my willingness to try and work with them to rectify it. Now for the kicker, as I was about to leave they handed the other party the very pizza that had been sitting in my backseat... I can say with a clear conscience that their food was untouched and respected but it was absolutely unacceptable for this operational error to be handled not only carelessly but also irresponsibly. To sum it up short, I can't say the food taste good or not as it wasn't fresh but I can certainly say that the service alone will keep me from ever returning.
