Who doesnt love carls jr :D you may get a rare bad order but the managers and employees are more than willing to fix your order as long as you take it back or give them a call :

My wife and I ordered enough food tonight for both dinner and lunch tomorrow. Everything was delicious, and we’re confident it will taste just as great tomorrow. I also received my Senior Citizens discount and saved $4.33, which helps cover the gas costs for the trip! (LOL)
This is a fairly decent Carl's Jr. While it may not be the best, they do serve the food quickly and get the order correct. I just wish the staff were a bit friendlier.
