My wife and I were in Hemel Hempstead on Saturday 15th October, on our way to Tilbury. After wandering the streets in search of a place to eat, we stumbled upon this restaurant and were extremely pleased. This was our second visit to this restaurant, and once again the service was slow and inattentive. We had to approach the staff to be served. It seems like they don't understand the concept of serving hot plates, as our steak was overcooked by the time it reached our table.
