excellent, cheap lunch. very friendly staff. Please note that lunch in the 3rd floor is served (no elevator.) this is a nice place, but close to the bus stops and the train station tends to be a bit of a transient area. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Vltava:
A basic okay restaurant. The dishes are not bad, but not mindblowing either. Would probably go again, but there a definately better places in helsinki with this price point. View all feedback.
This building used to be the ticketing office of Finnair. It is a historic landmark in the center of Helsinki though small in size compared with the other buildings in the neighborhood. due to the advent of e-commerce, the building lost its function as a venue of ticketing office. A restaurant may well serve its purpose of being.
Nice Czech bar and restaurant on center of Helsinki. Had Czech black beer was very tasty. The place is really big so don't get lost. The menu is a bit pricey but that's normal in Helsinki. For schnitzel 26euro it's the highest price I saw in my life.

Since my last visit in 2019 prices for meals went up, and quality of the dishes went down. Used to be my go-to spot before a railway trip. Not anymore if the price-quality ratio decline continues.
