Ravintola Kamome - Helsinki

Have had two dishes here during lunch time. Kitchen staff is Japanese and the food was very enjoyable both times. Will come again.

What a delight! A fantastic resturaunt just off of the route of the 1 3 trams. A laid back venue with chilled out music and wooden decoration. I had the Tonkatsu Curry for my lunch, and suffice to say, it was one of the best curries I've had in my life. It came with a lemon to drizzle over which gave the fried prok cutlet a very nice zing to pair with the softness of the curry. My partner had the Chasui Pork and Rice and said that it was so beautiful and crispy on the outside and melts in your mouth on the inside! Whats more to want? I would definetly give this place a shout if you're in central Helsinki, and I'll make sure to watch the movie after this :

We were lucky to find this place on our weekend holiday to Helsinki! The staff were lovely, so friendly and impressed us with their knowledge about both the food and drinks. Best chicken katsu we'd ever had. Highly recommend, will come again and bring friends. ;

Absolutely delicious, brings me back to the days I visited Japan. Almost too many good options to choose from, I picked unagi and chicken karaage, will definitely visit again to try more dishes Very affordable considering the quality, highly recommend
