Atmosperic place with incredoble staff and fantastic delicious food
This has been one of the best gastronomical experiences of my life. The food was incredible, a very impressive multi-course menu with carefully selected ingredients solely from local sources. Every dish got explained to the detail, which made everyone participating even much more aware of the structures and flavours of the incoming dish. The flavour profile of each course was very unique and there was not a single thing that wasn’t tasty. This is also the first restaurant (for me) that offered non-alcoholic drink pairing, which ended up being (another) cherry on top. I seriously enjoyed every minute of this 4 hour experience. In addition to that the service was just excellent, you could feel everyone’s love for their work. And for such a dinner, the price was definitely more than reasonable. 100/10 would do it again.
