Carrols used to be here as well (can 't remember where) Hese is exactly what hese is; food that only removes the feeling of hunger. The location is good, you can eat a bacon pie and look at Töölö 's ratikka hall and imagine yourself enjoying a glass of wine in a real restaurant. The service is a very basic fast food service, programmed. View all feedback.
