Crisp Wood Smokey Pizza in an authentic Wood oven. THE pitmasters prepare perfection in pi(e)-perfection. Amazing care of details, cold proofed dough for two days! The toppings of prime quality. Standing by the professional artist watching how making it look so easy as child's play. That is not from this world. 140 seconds.. that's what it takes an pie to come alive when out into the fury of fire 1200C/3400F. Any mistake an inch wrong or to close the molestering flames coresing the crust as is grows and makes at an blazing speed. Seeing the movements of the long piespatchula turning and browning the edge's seeing the tiny bubbles expanding inside and trapping into the magically transformed to VED master piece of circle, there's just no power on this earth able to stop me from devouring everything on the wooden serving tray is all I have left to tell. There is no image to do it justice, only your imagination and saliva when teeth meet crust shattering vibration rumbling through your bones will give your brain the dream it has been losing since man became self aware of it's self. My family and I absolutely love this restaurant! The atmosphere is cozy, with ample seating that allows for privacy and space without feeling crowded. The food is delicious from start to finish, with a wide variety of drinks to choose from. We have tried the Gambas, carpaccio, and vegetarian starters on different occasions. For main dishes, the seafood pasta is a favorite of mine, but we have also enjoyed the cheeseburger, Caesar salad, pizzas, and plankstek. They were able to accommodate my picky eating requests without any issues. The apple pie and Nutella pizza for dessert, topped with seasonal fruits, were both fantastic. They even have a kids' menu, which is convenient. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the service is quick and efficient. The location, near Maria church and the train station, is very convenient. The closed terrace with heaters in the winter is a nice touch, and sitting on the terrace in the summer is a great experience. We can't wait to go back!
The worst experience of all time. poor service, lazy personality, loud and interrupting music; not quite Italian, mediocre eating. you will not go
Very decent eating, although a rather spicy menu service did not exist and the waiter even asked why he had not got a tipp.
