Best salad buffet with a lot of options, for example several different hummus lemon, peanut, chili. Everything is fresh and colorful, even the water which is infused with spirulina or dragonfruit.

Fresh, delicious, affordable, healthy, very allergy-friendly, good service. All you need in an eatery. All foods are vegan, except those with signs Ej vegan (Not vegan). All other allergens, like gluten and soy, are also mentioned on the signs.

I love Ginger. The buffet are smashing. Some sauces are vegetarian but 95% on the buffet are vegan.

Plenty of vegan options (most are! and everything tastes soooo good. The cakes are to die for!
