Ama Nikkei Restaurang Rooftop

I have been to the rooftop terrace bar four times and the service was not great. However, during my last visit, there was a new employee named Andrea who was very attentive and provided excellent service. The beer selection is good and the sweet potato fries are delicious. I especially enjoyed the acidic beer from brauski. Update: One year later, the beer menu has changed and they now only offer mediocre beer that can be found anywhere. They have also stopped serving the sweet potato fries and the beer I liked. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.

Nice fusion kitchen. Beautiful and fresh food that makes your taste buds smile. Very friendly and attentive service. We will gladly revisit.

We visited the AMA Dachbar on the 8th floor, noting that it has a different menu compared to the AMA restaurant on the 1st floor. The view was fantastic, with stylish furniture and welcoming service. The drinks, particularly the schnapps, could use some improvement as they tasted a bit bland and similar to each other. The decor and glassware choice were not very impressive. The food, however, was good and we recommend trying the steak sandwich. The prices were fair. We are curious to see the differences at the AMA restaurant on the 1st floor and to taste their classic cocktails.

The best in this hotel is ama and its employees! I have spent 2 weeks in the hotel and they have a great lunch menu that changes every day/week. kim and his team are always very friendly and hospitable! even the chefs are all very friendly. I am here every day for the last 2 weeks and will come back until I check next month

It was a strange experience dining at this restaurant. The food was delicious, although it did not quite live up to the expectations of a Peruvian-Japanese fusion. Each dish was flavorful and creatively prepared. The service, however, was the worst we have experienced this year. They rushed us out of our table near the bar and onto the next location, with numerous errors in their service. Despite this, my favorite part was the extensive wine list, which turned out to be better than it appeared in the menu. Overall, it was an average to below average dining experience, saved only by the great and tasty dishes prepared by the kitchen team.
