Want good meat at reasonable prices! This is your place.I spent $14 on boneless skinless chicken breast and got enough for 3 meals for my husband and I! I spent about the same on a pork roast that fed us and a guest with leftovers for our dinner the next night!Their beef is mostly beyond my budget but the pork, chicken, sausage... all great prices and excellent product.Their staff is always nice and I even met the owner once. Highly recommend!

I had one of the best experiences today with an employee on the meat market side. Philip (A.K.A Schmitty) brings a whole new meaning to customer service! Will definitely be visiting again due to his friendly nature.

It's very convenient to get items and not have to go further in to a grocery store. Plus I like to shop and look at their decorate items and clothing,

This place has really declined since taking over from their family members a few years ago. The meat selection is poor, and the service gets worse each week. Even the ice is now 20% less; it used to come in 20-pound bags, and now it’s just 16 pounds, yet the price remains the same. They haven’t increased prices; they’ve just started giving less product. The gas pumps are often out of service, and most of the cashiers seem indifferent about their jobs. It’s disappointing because this business should set a standard in the area and attract more customers, but they’ve failed to offer anything unique, good, or the quality service they used to provide. I’ve noticed they allow intoxicated customers to buy more alcohol and drive off, often leaving their pumps running in the parking lot because they are unaware. From now on, I’ll drive to another station in Pipe Creek or Lakehills. The only reason to stop here is for the fireworks stand.
