The cashier wasn’t rude, but didn’t seem happy to be there. They assumed our order was for takeout even though we were dining in, so they packed the food to go. We also had to remind them about the drinks to get cups. I think I'll try a different location next time.

I politely requested a new drink without ice, only to be given one that was filled with even more ice than the first, leaving barely any room for the soda, which was also watered down. Upon checking the food, I found that the gravy for my mashed potatoes had spilled all over the bag with the pot pie, and the cookie that was supposed to come with the pot pie was missing. I decided to call the restaurant to discuss the issues I faced, but MANAGER JOSE GUTIERREZ insisted that I must have visited the wrong location, claiming they hadn't received any orders with a drink in a while, despite the fact that I had just picked up my food 15 minutes earlier. I approached him kindly and did not expect to be told I was lying. I truly hope this establishment can improve its customer service because the experience my family and I had today was unacceptable. JOSE GUTIERREZ, as a MANAGER, needs to undergo proper retraining to learn that it doesn't require much effort to show kindness to others.
