This time I took the plunge paid the... read more This was my second visit, first time having the beef ribs. Last visit I tried the brisket?which was great: juicy delicious! This time I took the plunge paid the price for beef ribs, which I was surprised that they had, since it was near closing. The beef ribs were tender, flavorful, plentiful. I?ve tried other places? ribs, they were good, but not nearly as much meaton the bone as B-Daddy?s (see the photo). I highly recommend spending the money to have the delicious, tender, juicy ribs here. It?s also noteworthy that the staff?both times?was friendly, engaging, informative. This is definitely on my list of placesto visit again again.

We had the potato salad and creame... read more Lunch was @bdaddysbbq in Helotes today. Dad and I shared a 3 meat plate quarter chicken, 2 pork ribs and 3 pieces of brisket. We had the potato salad and creamed corn as sides. My husband also had a similar 3 meat plate. The ribs were very tender and thechicken was juicy. Our brisket was more lean even though I asked for moist brisket. My husband's brisket was better. We tookhome lots of leftovers so definitely another meal. This Saturday will be their 10th anniversary celebration where they'll havea pig roast for dinner. Come out and check it out!

I noticed recently that they have a physical locat... read more Several years ago I had B-Daddy's from a food truck during a Helotes Jazz Fest, and was incredibly impressed. I noticed recently that they have a physical location, so I was excited for some local BBQ goodness. I got the brisket sandwich, my husband got thepulled pork sandwich, and we got green beans (very peppery), creamed corn (perfectly sweet), and macaroni. I love Texas bbq butusually sides at a BBQ joint aren't good. That isn't true for B-Daddy's. These were the best sides I've ever had at a BBQrestaurant. The white bread buns for our sandwiches were slightly sweet and toasted with a dollop of butter. All the employeeswere respectful and helpful. The cashier gave us a paper bag to take home leftovers. There's lids for your sides near the drinkfountain. There's both inside and outside seating. There's even a playground for kids within a fenced area. I'm super impressedwith how easy it was to order, get our food, pay, and have everything we needed within easy reach. Do yourself a favor andsupport this local BBQ joint. They deserve the love. They're closed Mondays.

Those Sweet Tea Glazed Ribs Were Spot On, Best Smoked Turkey I've EverHad, The Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausage Was Juicy And Flavorful, Macaroni Was Deliciously Cheesy And The Potato Salad Was Ok. (I Like Mustard And And Eggs In Mine). I'll Be Returning Once We Get Ready To Head Back To Louisiana.

We shared a three-meat plate that included a quarter chicken, two tender pork ribs, and three pieces of brisket. For our sides, we chose potato salad and corn. My husband ordered a similar plate as well. The ribs were incredibly tender and the chicken was juicy. However, the brisket we received was leaner than expected, even though I had requested moist brisket; my husband's plate had better brisket. We brought home plenty of leftovers, ensuring another meal from our visit. This Saturday marks their 10th anniversary, and they will be serving pork roast for dinner. I highly recommend checking it out!
