Probably the owner himself! Rude and absolutely offensive! Baskin robbins should put some sort of quality control! Had the worst experience today! He made us so uncomfortable! I wish we could remove such horrible folks fromcustomer service! Not sure how he got right to talk to people rudely and he was absolutely unethical he didn?t even give us onefull scoop and gave us small scoops that is not what we paid for! Not going to this location again! Usually the teenage staff atthis location is amazing but it seems like the young girl working with him was also traumatized by him!
