This is the biggest, cleanest, and best customer service location I have ever been to. On top of all of this, I never heard of a location that has over 48 flavors versus the traditional 31/32. Also, they have the football games going while I enjoy my dessert. Best part, they are open later than any baskin robbins in town. This store is open till 11pm and 12am weekends! Get my fix anytime. What Mangoroni doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
This is near our house and we have always purchased birthday cakes for our special occasions from this location. My 6 yr old child got a one scoop cone which fell on the floor out of the cone as it was handed to him. I asked if we could get another scoop in the same cone and he would only do so, charging me again. My child was in tears so I paid for 2 cones but will neve return. Was trying to run in to take my toddler in the to restroom (in the middle of potty training). They informed me I had to purchase something for my toddler to use the bathroom. I said fine but can you let us in so she doesn’t pee on herself. They eventually let me in, but after they were pushing for me to wait in line and order something. For a locked bathroom it was filthy dirty and probably hadn’t been clean in weeks. The owner was super rude. But 5$ for a kids ice cream is also stupid.Their excuse is that DoorDash drivers tore up their bathroom.

This location is charging $2 more for a double scoop. $8.66 here for a double scoop cone. The Culebra location I $6.56.
Rude customer service! Ice cream did taste right. Won't be going back!
