All breakfast options can be plant-based. porridge is good, and they can complete it with several healthy ingredients.
Grod is a popular place for breakfast bread (they can adapt their porridge with an amazing selection of toppings) but they also serve hearty meals, most of them with a mudy consistency (the concept of large) we went there in the evening and I had a mushroom garley’otto, a risotto not from rice but from the barley. it was very tasteful, but they also offer the gersteotto as part of a bowl (with salad) the next time I would prefer it for a wider variety of tastes and more fresh. they can get small or large bowls, the big was 80 dkk, which would be quite cheap for Denmark. would not hesitate to go back there. they also sell their müsli in packages for preparation to house, and in an irma super market I discovered packaged lenses curries that they can heat in a microwave of large. the one I bought was also very good.
I was here a few times and it's always so salty, so warm and so good. It is worth exploring their own porch menu as I tried their speciality Porridge and it was a bit too sweet for my pleasure with the caramel sauce. You can discover some fabulous concoctions.
We all have in oats and barley otto with mushrooms. All this in oats had a very high peat to oats ratio, so I would probably do the 3 topping option instead. The barley Otto was delicious and a nice break from the sweet Porridge. Mayo truffles and pickled onions balanced everything. It is described as “with tons of veg”, but I could do with even more kale and cabbage!
