Best fish and chips we've ever had. When you visit the waterfall, do not look further and pick up these fish and chips. The tartaric acid sauce was amazing. The wedges were really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fish is huge and delicate. It's nothing like other fish and chips. Nice place with a nice owner.

The best fish and chips we've ever had! Fish is fresh and fluffy, dough is perfectly crispy, wedges are well seasoned and crispy! Three different sauces to choose, we loved the garlic lemon Mayo. There were different Icelandic salt options as well as malt vinegar and ketchup. We're here twice!

This was easily a food highlight of a visit to Iceland. On a trail that returns from a walk to nearby waterfalls, we decided to check the map for nearby foods, and the reviews for Mia's van have caught our attention quickly. It was a little hidden so we first missed it and doubled it back. It wasn't an unfortunate option. Only one of the most beautiful fish and chips I had in a long time. The fish was abundant and so fresh. The accompanying chips nice crisp, and quite tasty, even more so available with some of the Icelandic salt for the season. The desires for our satisfaction with the meal also showed that extra little care you receive from such places. Simply said, I loved this and would not hesitate to either return or recommend it to others. Very recommended!

Visit May 2022 The best fish and chips we had throughout Iceland. Fish is fluffy and not too oily and naturally fresh. No pumice, but potato wedges. The wedges were perfectly cooked. We want more! Food Truck is sweet with light red color, reminds us of a strawberry. How nice. Great place to stop for lunch before heading towards Gacicers.

Phenomenal! The owner and chef was super friendly and the food was out of this world! The fish and chips were outrageous best I’ve had by far. The fish was flaky and fresh with a beautifully light and not oily batter. The wedge chips were crisp on the outside, perfectly soft on the inside. Definitely go with the garlic lemon mayo sauce. This is a stop you won’t regret!
