The temple's stunning backdrop enhances the dining experience, especially on sunny days. A highlight on the menu is the delectable samosas, complemented by various delightful vegan options. Operated by volunteers with all profits supporting the temple, this eatery presents a unique and affordable culinary journey. It's truly a slice of India in southern Sydney, making it an essential visit for vegetarians. Open on weekends and holidays from 10 AM to 2 PM, this spot is not to be missed.
Brilliant eating in a very basic environment. the tempel is a beautiful background for a beautiful day on the coast. our favorite is the samosas, but all their vegan options are delicious.
The samosas are as good as everywhere, and so is the samable. the canteens are completely guided by voluntary, and all redeemed go directly to the tempel. make sure they also visit the tempel, as it is really a small piece in the south of sydney.
Every vegetarian in the region sydney should know about this place, it is my absolute favorite. incredibly cheap and friendly, eating is a thing, but the tempel itself is worth the visit. you can't beat the atmosphere of this place. only open weekends and celebrations from 10 to 14 o'clock!
The food at this restaurant is exceptional, despite the simple setting. The temple provides a lovely backdrop for a day on the coast. Our top pick is the Samosas, but all of their vegan options are delightful.
The samosas and sambar are just as delicious as anywhere else. The canteens are run entirely by volunteers, and all profits go directly to the temple. Be sure to visit the temple, as it truly feels like a little slice of India in the south of Sydney.
