My favorite is the Black and Bleu salad, except with colby jack cheese instead of the bleu cheese. Tomatoes and fried onions optional. Their spicy chicken sandwich is alright, but I feel like it would be better with a slice of cheese. Maybe I'll see if they can do that next time. I usually have nothing bad to say about Zaxbys but tonight was one of the worst experiences customer service wise I have seen. I get up to the window and the girl at the window was joking around with the girls behind her cussing very loudly. Food is great. Service is friendly, the dinner rush can feel the ride thru easily like punishment, but this is everywhere. Love the Caesar-Zalad!
The food was good. A little work is needed at the customer service. After waiting a good little while in the drive-thru, if it wasn't really busy when a customer reached the window, it would be so friendly to say thank you for your patience or something. Food is always good.
Loves the chicken fingers and fried mushrooms. Friends, not so much. Pleasant driving staff always!
The chicken finger family package is a lot for a busy family! Helena Zaxby's is the best around, we have actually left the Hoover drive an evening because the line does not move.
It’s better then most chicken places. Zaxs sauce it’s better then most sauces.
