What User doesn't like about Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza:
I waited at the restaurant for 10 minutes before someone helped me. I had placed an online order for pickup an hour ago and was still waiting. The customer service skills of the two young boys at the front were very poor. View all feedback.
Both stalls in helena have a great service and nice workers. the pizza is delicious and tastes particularly good as I cook it. ? but we all know who's doing all this work. much appreciated!
Great pizza. Really easy to order online and pick up at the store.
The waitress was great and had a wonderful personality. There are 6 of us in the family so it can't be easy dealing with us but she didn't show any frustration (5 stars for her alone). The food and the ambience was great, couldn't have asked for a better place to go for dinner. Thank you.
I ordered online, it was ready one hour after the scheduled time. The workers spent too much time talking. I don't care about your figurines and what Star Wars movie was best. Just work!
Ordered a 1/2 1/2 pizza. Neither side was right. Missing ingredients and wrong ingredients. I am not normally one to complain but this was crazy. Called and the lady on the phone asked if I wanted to come get a corrected pizza and I said no since I live 20+ miles out of town. Then she tells me that next time I come in they will give me 50% off my next pizza. REALLY! Finally got the manager and he did right by us. This is the 3rd time we have gotten things wrong on our pizza. READ THE TICKET.
