Papa Johns Pizza - Helena

Just ordered and picked up their special Pepperoni Pizza with Pizza in the crust. My first Papa John's experience. There was exactly 1 piece of pepperoni on the entire pie. The crust was good, but jeez......there were about 100 less pieces of pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza than the advertisements. So, this was my first and now last trip to Papa John's. I should have opened the box at the store....but I trusted them. Bizarre, false advertising, pathetic. Have to look close, but it's the top right of the screen.

I ordered contactless delivery last night…they pull up and knock on my door to Hand me my pizza! Open the box, the crust is thin as paper and the the pizza stays in the box and only the crust comes out when I take a piece out! It’s soggy AF! I call the store…I get put on hold…this morning too! Overpriced! And not good!!!! $47.47 was my total for pizza we didn’t eat! Never again Papa Johns u disappointed!

The food was fresh and cut beautifully! I ordered last night and even with the weather they still brought me exactly what I ordered. there are very short staff, but do amazing love papa johns!!!!!

Normally my experience is pretty good here but it took over an hour for my food to be made and delivered and it arrived cold. I ordered two peporchinis I got one whole one and once sliced and thrown in with my wings which I didn't ask for that to be done. And my wings barely had any sauce

The only pro I can think for this place is that their deals are more reasonable than other pizza chains. However, no matter the affordability, it isnt worth it when your local store always gives you either burnt pizza or diarrhea. Last night we got burnt pizza for the who-knows-how-many-nth time, and this morning I'm writing this review on the toilet as I sit here for the third time this morning...and I've only been awake for an hour. This store knows how to put the John in Papa John's. Definitely don't recommend.
