What User doesn't like about Gulch Distillers:
As for the Fernet, it was rich and herbaceous, exactly how it should be. At a lighter 35.5 ABV, I enjoyed the flavor enough to buy a bottle.
When it came to the gins, I preferred Perpetuity, especially for a slightly dirty martini. It would have been interesting to see how they fared in one of their cocktails, though.

The rum and bourbon were spiced perfectly—right up my alley. It was spicy and citrusy with a seductive touch, so I had to take a bottle of that home as well. The last tasting was a whiskey of some kind, but I can't recall much about it, which probably means it didn't leave a strong impression. Overall, great selections, and I'm glad to support local efforts to source ingredients!

Emily was our bartender, very competent person. I was very impressed by this bar and her ghosts. the best cocktail bar I was in montana.
Great little place that probably doesn't get the foot traffic he deserves because it's just outside the hiking center! incredible cocktails and super service from the barkeeper. I was really impressed by this place! I'm kind of whiskey lover and I have to admit their flying anvil single malt whisky was fantastic. so much that I bought a bottle to take home! my wife liked the apple fire. great quiet atmosphere on a Friday night! we grabbed a snapper board that we saw on the regal and had just fun playing nibbles and dipping cocktails and whiskey with friends. Get going!
Amazing cocktails with an exploratory menu and bartenders to guide the experience. They also sell bottles of their spirits in house. Half price cocktail if you buy a bottle to go!
