Burger King - Helena

This location has steadily improved. Previously when I've gone they've been understaffed and consistently missed things like requested condiments and straws, and slow service, but they've improved this a great deal. Food? It's Burger King and that's exactly what you would expect at any BK location. As a long-term Helena Westside resident, I am grateful for a fast food option I don't have to drive all the way across town for.

Awful experience, the guy who took my order was not friendly and my entire order was incorrect, I was also missing part of my order. Not to mention the food was barely wrapped before being thrown into the bag.Missing chicken nuggetsSandwiches looked mashed togetherSandwiches that had special requests were all wrongThere was absolutely no one else in line before or after me, so there is no reason to have had such poor service.Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King. If I could rate lower I would.

On September 2nd 2023 at 4:15 pm I just threw my bag of food away because the way the dude talked to us and the other folks I figured there was no way he didn’t spit in our food. Every one was cool to they guy he was just hostile. Nobody was ever unkind to him he just resents his job I guess. I won’t go back. The idea of someone spiting in my food bugs me more than cooking my own cheeseburger does.

The gentleman working in the drive-through was so kind, he was having difficulties with his computer system, and he remained absolutely pleasant and professional, and made our experience worth the trip, also our food was fresh!Burger King on Euclid keep up the good work.

Continues to be a good place to pick up a burger when on the go. Staff are very nice, orders are done quickly. Downside is value for money paid. Like many fast food places, you pay the same or more and get less. BK not as bad as some (talking to you taco hell). Tell myself people in this BK are working hard to soften the blow. I'll be back, just not always happy with the value.
