Were there with a group of 13 people... and filled them locally, so the services were very overwhelmed. say eating was good. buffet was only refilled if it was completely empty

Unfriendly service, teller are cleaned even though they are not ready to eat, no nice welcome etc. not recommended. on the farewell some plumen wine, others not. we were treated with the voucher as second-class guests. despite plenty of drinks and appetizers. if the operators do not want to have a certificate, they should not participate in such actions.
Had a good idea and wanted to go to the restaurant. exchanged 3 times the room and I felt so uncomfortable that I had not given up the voucher without order. then used the underlying money that was much more pleasant.
