Finally a place in Heilbronn that makes really good falafel, the way they are supposed to be… green, crispy, juicy, fluffy. The homemade bread is also awesome! I love the fact that they just use 24 ingredients and that the chickpea is really used as the star of the menu. The dips (esp hummus, baba ghanoush) were also really nice.
