What Stefan Illig likes about Taverna Del Mar:
The dishes are delicious, as is the service, but the young waitress who came at the end didn't work at all. No please, no thank you for the tip, the plate of salad was thrown in front of the customer at the next table. That doesn't work. Service is the be-all and end-all for the catering industry.
