Stephan Döring (the boss and chef) is kulinarically ambitious, which explicitly includes the very tasty fish rolls and the small but very appealing card. Depending on the location in the fishing port, the focus is on the fresh fish. The service by Tina does not follow the kitchen. Every guest feels like a friend.
We landed there by chance. Incredibly friendly and personal reception already on the ridge....almost as if you go to friends. Selection small but fine, very tasty and especially freshly prepared. Price unanimous. Thank you for the warm hospitality. We'll be back. The ambience on the ship is rustic and cozy....exclusive thumb high for the clean toilet.
Finally, after a long time of Corona, a visit to the Rimo restaurant ship. It's not even more maritime. The Schff is firmly located on the investor who serves as a beer garden in beautiful weather. The crew once again surpassed itself. Start with the local ship's own summer drink at the captain's table and not with the inflactionary Apero spray. Then dorsch perfectly fried on the skin. We could even look into the pan. Super roast potatoes. There's no need for fries. And only the homemade (what else) mustard sauce. Wonderfully seasoned and freshly cooked Labskaus. For all an extra sample. Nice dessert. And that's what they're doing. Well, practice patience. Waiting is always rewarded. All the best for the owners. We like to come back.
