We all had pinsas (a style of hand-pressed pizza dough, a part of Roman artisan baking for over 100 years) and we enjoyed the fresh, natural and super tasty flavor of our dishes. Good food, good wine, very well-made aperitifs, with only a bit closer to the high-end in the price. A bit more than a year later … … the place is AFTER its hype, so the food is still decent but the service faceless and unprofessional as the focus is more on business than service … The Pinsas arrived 45 minutes after the entries, and RIGHT after taking the last bite the table got emptied, and we were asked to move to the lounge so they can prepare the table for the next customers … … a ridiculous suggestion, considering that it was the restaurant’s fault that we ate so late … It felt as if we were on a production belt … the customer being expendable for profit … you eat you pay you go … I wonder if this is the experience this restaurant has to offer from now on ..
