I was not sure if I should give 2 or 3, and 2.5 is probably a fair note. it is quite variable in quality. when we were there for the first time, there were a fe... read more I was not sure if I should give 2 or 3, and 2.5 is probably a fair note. it is quite variable in quality. when we were there for the first time, there were a few very nice dishes, especially the carving with meerrettich and the pork fillet of my wife with knödeln and bluesaurekraut, but they have changed to the summer menu and the result is quite different. the waiters in durndl and leather pants are quite friendly and there is a reasonable choice of beer. the portions are large. it is a convenient place in the neighbourhood for us, but it is not worth traveling there. as regards the kitchen, they also think about meat/height/worst/etc.
