Before we visited other restaurants... read more We chose the Carpe Diem restaurant for our small wedding celebration after the office and were thrilled by the first moment. Before we visited other restaurants in Heide, Rosengasse convinced us directly. The Rosengasse is run by two charming people. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the owner, but Sonja, the Lord and Ivonne (the waitress, at least I think her name was Ivonne) were really very sweet and engaged. With our relatively small budget we were prepared a very big celebration. We were a little greedy because next year we want to celebrate much bigger again, the kitchen was good bourgeois and carvings, vegetables and zander were excellent and sufficient. we are grateful and happy about our decision.
