The food was just as good as my last visit to another place. Fries Sandwich was so hot that I had to cool it before eating. It was such a wonderful wait. I will definitely go away for 2 hours, just for my childhood adulthood fave!

Once we got home, we found we had received a Big Jack instead. The order at the entrance was correct; we just didn’t receive it. Date: August 6, 2022.

The food was still just as good as my last visit at a different location. Fries sandwich was so hot that I had to let it cool before eating. It wassuch a wonderful wait. I'll definitely be driving 2 hours away again just to have my childhood adulthood fave!

Sure there are Jack 's Restaurants all over the south, but until you eat at the one in Heflin you cannot imagine the difference between Jacks employees cooking... read more Sure there are Jack 's Restaurants all over the south, but until you eat at the one in Heflin you cannot imagine the difference between Jacks employees cooking just for a job, and those who are working because they LOVE their customers. The Heflin Jack 'sis even our pick over Huddle House or Cracker Barrel. And if you are hot in the summer, you can stop by for a delicious REALhandscooped ice cream or milkshake, just like we could do 40 years ago! They have the best biscuit makers anywhere around, andwe have traveled all over the United States and we know biscuits!!! LOVE that Saturday morning crew, and even the town gentlemenat the round table who are a little bit like store greeters when they see you come in. But get there early on a Saturday, oryou may have to hunt for a table! EVERYONE knows this is the BEST Jack 's around!
