Was told the chicken was spicy , but it wasn 't, not to a South Mississippi man. Even my daughter said it was mild and bland. The biscuits are amazing!!! The sweet tea isn 't bad (needs fresh lemons), the mashed potatoes are bland until you putgravy on them, and the dirty rice isn 't as flavorful as it should be. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 3 is thebiscuits and tea! The sweet tea isn 't too sweet or not sweet enough, it 's just right on the sweetness. Add some brown gravy fromthe mashed potatoes to the dirty rice, and it sets it on point.

As a truck d... read more I’m disappointed to have to give 1 star. My experience at this Bojangles location was very poor, and their customer service was completely lacking. As a truck driver who frequently visits truck stops across the country, I expected much better. Today, I ordered two regular chicken sandwiches, but when I bit into them, I realized they were spicy – which I did not order. When I asked at the counter if I could exchange them, the cashier rudely told me no because I had already bitten into the sandwiches. I was baffled. First, I never ordered spicy sandwiches. Second, the correct response should have been an apology and a replacement of the two regular sandwiches I originally wanted. Instead, I had to spend an additional $20 to buy the correct sandwiches. Normally, I would have just walked away, but after driving all night and being hungry, I paid. I then asked to speak with a manager, waited nearly 19 minutes, and was finally approached by someone else who was also rude. The manager refused to refund me for the incorrect order, again citing that since I bit into the sandwiches, nothing could be done. This is unbelievable. Who trains these employees on customer service? This kind of treatment is exactly how businesses lose customers.

However, I strongly recommend that you always check your order bags before leaving, as three times now when using the drive-thru, items have been missing by the time I get home. With today's high gas prices, having to drive back to retrieve missing parts of my order is both disappointing and frustrating. Additionally, when I opened two side orders of pimento cheese spread, each contained only a tiny teaspoon-sized scoop, which is far from a fair portion. Overall, I haven't felt like I've received good value on several occasions. I understand Bojangles is short-staffed and busy, but I hope they can improve the accuracy and portions on their menu soon.

The chicken strips resembled chicken nuggets more than actual strips. Fortunately, they gave me 5 pieces instead of the 3 that came with the meal I ordered.
