Hotel Brielhof – Mixed Impressions The hotel's location is quiet and generally good, especially for a short stay. However, the condition of the room is not commensurate with the price of €160 per night. The room has noticeable dirt on the window frames and floor, as well as dead insects inside. The windows and sills appear neglected, as does the area in front of the balcony door. Water and dirt stains are also visible on the facade and railing outside, creating an overall impression of neglect. Especially in this price range, one expects cleanliness, upkeep, and attention to detail, which was unfortunately lacking here. With better cleaning and maintenance, the room would have significantly more potential. Conclusion: Good location, but the current condition of the room does not justify the price. At €160 per night, there is clearly room for improvement.

The Brielhof is a true gem in Hechingen. The hotel and restaurant are of the highest standard, with an open, international atmosphere. What makes this place truly special, however, is the tireless and warm dedication of the lady of the house – you can feel that hospitality is a way of life here.

Great rooms and really delicious food! I'd love to come back! Since I'm traveling for business, the desk is really important; it's very comfortable for working.

A very nice country hotel. The owners are very friendly and you can also eat delicious food there in the evenings.

We ate at the Hotel Brielhof. I highly recommend against the venison ragout with spaetzle; it couldn't be any worse. The spinach dumplings, on the other hand, were delicious, and the service was very friendly. However, our criticism of the truly unpleasant venison ragout was merely noted, and that was the end of it. Very disappointing.

What a wonderful experience here. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious. Wish there was a little air conditioning but other than that, I really enjoyed my time here.

Came for a quick lunch before heading up to Hohenzollern castle and the food was great! One man spoke English to help us with German menu, very nice!

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds if a bit old fashioned. Fast wifi service too. Meals are well priced and of excellent quality. Good place to spend the night after visiting the castle.

Facilities are okay, location is great to the Burg Hohenzollern, food is very salty (guess maybe is some sorts of the local styles? one senior male staff is very inpatient to us, he did even say I am very busy when I was ordering my food and asking him what that dish was( menu is only in German . They were so nice and hospitable, and helped me with the menu because I didn’t speak German. The food was great, the best I’ve eaten in Germany so far. It had the right amount of taste not salty like other places I’ve tried. 5 stars and would definitely recommend to everyone visiting the Hohenzollern castle. Their restrooms were clean as well, and their toilet paper is so cute. They also accept card/cash payments.

The Brielhof is located at the Hechingen exit from the B 27 and is a restaurant for every occasion. The ambience very nice. The prices of the food are very high but very good for it. An onion roast 35,00 €. In an AQktionswoche we had a brewmaster €16.00 and a crust roast €16.50 e, which was served with homemade dumplings.A glass of beer was added to every dish we had.The salad cocktail €4.50 was served with a self-made dressing. The dessert again a homemade ice cream 8.00 € very tasty, a dream. A restaurant a culinary delight for young and old.Not cheap but very good.

On Friday 18.08.2017 my wife and I stayed at Brielhof for dinner. The inn is located directly on the four-track B 27 exit Hechingen. Below Hohenzoller Castle. A beautiful large parking lot right in front of the house. There is also a beautiful terrace. The friendly accommodation brought us to a two table. The menu is also the same. After the food order, a greeting came from the kitchen,Sülze himself made and very tasty. Room with herb 17,80 € very tasty and the herb still had light bites where it was cooked. Braumeister Steak with bacon and potato pureee 17,80 € was just as delicious. Only for my taste was the pure beer salted. The sauces were with beer. A yeast wheat costs 3.80 €. Tablecloths, floor and toilets very clean. There are off points because the upper saw the wallet at the payment and said there is still a matching look in it, on negation he had to go to the counter.

Old, very old.The furnishing is easy around the 40 years old.The bathroom had no ventilation. The pillows felt very shredded inside.Surf sucking at breakfast, well, was not so great. Another employee then stopped them and we were able to continue breakfast in peace.Freakfast was a bit leaner. Sausage and cheese selection not very large. Also the jam selection was minimal. The honey was already completely sugared, so probably already old.Butter and fresh cheese as well as small sausages are on the tables uncooled all morning. This is not at all. When checking out, an employee who also knew how the process is simply very uninterested by us because she wanted to get a coffee, then a colleague also pointed out it.Very unprofessionalFor over 100 euros too expensive. We're not coming!
