Wendy's - Hebron
Wendy's
Description
Navigating the culinary landscape of a local Wendy's reveals a complex experience. While some patrons rave about the high-quality food and exceptional service, particularly praising the Baconator and fresh wraps, others lament frequent service delays and inconsistent food quality. Complaints about slow service, overflowing trash cans, and higher-than-average prices paint a picture of frustration, especially for those expecting 24-hour service. Yet, the commendable leadership of dedicated staff stands out amidst the chaos. Ultimately, while some diners swear by the establishment, others find themselves caught in a cycle of dissatisfaction, making each visit a potential gamble.

Stood at the counter around 315am waiting for service. After about 5 min and being walked passed and not acknowledged, I yelled. Hello, to get someone's attention. Only for the lady to round the corner and tell me they are closed... as they drop fries. Ya okay. Put a sign up then. Very disappointed considering all a driver wants is food. Outside of a roller grill and cold sandwiches
Extremely slow service. If you're in a hurry, I recommend going somewhere else at this location. The trash cans were overflowing as well. It added an extra 45 minutes to our trip just for a takeout order.
These guys take the fast out of fast food. About 25 minutes wait for simple order.
I can no longer recommend Wendy's because they no longer honor discounts for military servicemen and women; they don't accept the pilot card, which is how service members typically receive their discounts. Additionally, they show little appreciation for the trucking industry. I believe that servicemen, women, and those in the trucking industry should consider boycotting.
